1. Product Information

We try our best to ensure all product details, prices, and images are accurate. However, slight differences in colour, packaging, or design may occur due to lighting, supplier changes, or screen display. These are not considered defects.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are only confirmed after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there are issues with payment, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed within the stated processing time. Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, any delivery issues should be raised with the courier directly, but we will assist where possible.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos or videos as proof.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong selection by customer

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product use

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

5. Warranty (If Applicable)

Some products may come with limited warranty depending on the supplier. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for using products according to intended purpose and safety guidelines.
